Trouble standing up Test Instance of Movim

      nosbig · Saturday, 5 August, 2023 - 22:52 edit

I am trying to stand up a demo instance of Movim on my local system against a previously existing and working XMPP server I have online. I have a PHP-enabled nginx server with PHP-FPM working in the background, and I have the daemon running per the steps in the INSTALL.md file, I believe. I can, in a separate file, have phpinfo() provide me a valid output of information, but when I browse to the index.php file for movim, I get a white screen with no output. I've been looking to my php8.2-fpm log file, and I've been working through the nginx log files, and I see nothing to assist in troubleshooting. Any advice, tips, or tricks for understanding what is breaking so that I might fix it?

Microsoft's SNDS (Smart Network Data Service) portal is a free and valuable deliverability resource for senders, providing direct data and feedback regarding your sending reputation. It also allows you to configure JMRP (Junk Mail Reporting Program), the Microsoft version of an ISP FBL . Very useful! Occasionally, however, the service's website can present as glitchy. But don't despair -- few SNDS website errors are fatal and most can be worked around. Here are the most common errors I think you'll run into and what to do about each of them.
