Unsere Content-Teams stellen zur Zeit die erste Version des Fahrplans für das Camp zusammen. Wir haben viele interessante Einreichungen und möchten einen Fahrplan erstellen, mit dem jeder alle Vorträge sehen kann, für die er oder sie sich interessiert. Um das zu schaffen haben wir ein Content-Feedback-Tool aufgesetzt mit dem du uns sagen kannst, welche Vorträge dich interessieren und welche nicht. Wir benutzen dein Feedback dann, um unseren Fahrplan zu verbessern und Veranstaltungen mit ähnlichen Zielgruppen nicht zur gleichen Zeit stattfinden zu lassen.

jolly und laforge vom osmocom-Team planen auf dem Camp ein experimentelles ISDN- und Analog-Telefon-Netzwerk zu betreiben! Dieses Netzwerk wird bereitgestellt, um die guten alten Zeiten der Telefonie wieder aufleben zu lassen mit alten Dingen von Wählscheibentelefonen bis zu den ISDN-Erfahrungen der 1990er Jahre. Wenn ihr also noch alte Telefone oder ISDN-Equipment im Keller habt: Bringt es mit und schließt es an!

Interfaces

Wir haben:

• analoge POTS-Ports, bereitgestellt als klassischer 2-Draht-„ab“-Anschluss nach deutschen Standards
• ISDN-Ports unter Nutzung des Uk0-Anschlusses mit 4B3T-Kodierung nach deutschen Standards

Welches Equipment brauche ich dafür

An analoge Anschlüsse kann jedes analoge Telefon, Anrufbeantworter, Fax, Modem usw. angeschlossen werden. Auch Wählscheibentelefone aus Schweden und Neuseeland (mit ihren speziellen Impulsfolgen) funktionieren. Für ISDN-Leitungen solltet ihr euren NTBA/NT1 (um Uk0 in S0 umzuwandeln) und alle ISDN-Geräte wie Telefone, ISDN-Adapter, PBX-Anlagen usw. mitbringen. Wenn ihr nur über ISDN-Geräte für den S0-Bus, aber keinen NTBA verfügt, haben wir einige NTBAs vor Ort, die wir euch bei Bedarf nach dem Prinzip „Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst“ leihen können.

Darüber hinaus ist es ratsam, ausreichend lange Telefonkabel mitzubringen, damit ihr eine Verbindung zum nächstgelegenen „Point of Presence“ herstellen könnt. Ihr müsst ein Telefonkabel (oder CAT5, wenn das alles ist, was ihr habt) zu einem unserer „Points of Presence“ verlegen, wo wir V5_Access_Multiplexer platzieren werden. Wir planen, diese nur an wenigen (2–3) Datenklos rund um den Campingplatz einzusetzen. Einer davon wird in der Nähe des POC-Zeltes sein, die anderen Standorte müssen noch festgelegt werden.

Welche Dienste wird es geben?

Das experimentelle Analog- und ISDN-Netzwerk wird mit dem POC/Eventphone-Netzwerk verbunden sein, so dass ihr nicht nur Endstellen innerhalb des analogen/ISDN-Netzwerks erreichen könnt, sondern auch Endstellen im POC-DECT-Netz sowie im c3gsm-Netz. Möglicherweise besteht auch eine Konnektivität mit dem OCTOI-Netzwerk. Wir sind uns aber nicht sicher, ob wir dies erreichen können.

jolly and laforge from the osmocom team are planning to operate an experimental ISDN and analog telephony network at the Camp! This network will be provided for people to re-enact the good old telephony days, using anything as old as rotary dial phones, up to the 1990s ISDN experience. So if you still have your old wired telephones or ISDN equipment in a basement, feel free to bring it along and hook it up.

Types of interfaces

We can offer

• analog POTS ports, exposed as classic 2-wire “ab” interface according to German standards
• ISDN ports using Uk0 interface, using 4B3T according to German standards

What Equipment do I need to bring

For analog lines, you can connect any analog phone, answering machine, fax, modem, etc. Even rotary phones from Sweden and New Zealand (with their special pulse sequences) will work. For ISDN lines, you should bring your NTBA/NT1 (to convert Uk0 to S0) and then any ISDN equipment like phones, ISDN adapters, PBXs, … If you only have ISDN equipment for S0-bus but no NTBA, we have a few NTBA around that we can lend you, as needed, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

In addition, it will be wise to bring sufficient length of telephony wires so you can connect to the closest “Point of Presence”. You would need to run some telephony wire (or CAT5, if that‘s all you have) to one of our “points of presence”, where we will put V5_Access_Multiplexers. We are planning to deploy those at only a few (2–3) “Datenklo” (data loo) around the camp site. One of them will be in the vicinity of the POC tent, the other locations are yet to be determined.

What kind of services do you offer?

Our experimental analog + ISDN network will be interconnected with the POC/eventphone so you should be able to connect not only with other users of the analog/ISDN network, but also the POC DECT subscribers as well as the c3gsm GSM subscribers. There might also be connectivity with the OCTOI network, but we are uncertain if we can achieve that.

Das Camp rückt näher und ihr werdet langsam eure Anreise planen wollen. Wir hoffen, dass diese Übersicht mit Details zu den verschiedenen Optionen euch dabei hilft.

TL;DR:

Allgemeines

Schaut im Zeitplan, ab wann ihr kommen könnt . Wir müssen euch sonst wirklich wegschicken, da wir vorher einfach nicht die Kapazitäten haben.

Bringt genug Bargeld mit , ihr werdet hier nicht mit Karte zahlen können. Es gibt auf dem Gelände keine Bank und Geldautomaten in den umliegenden Orten werden schnell überlastet sein, wenn ein ganzes Camp Geld abheben will.

Nutzt unseren Paket-Service für Gepäck, das ihr nicht mitschleppen könnt oder wollt . Ihr könnt auch Pakete vom Camp aus an einen Paketdienstleister übergeben oder online-Bestellungen entgegennehmen lassen.

Tipps, was ihr unbedingt (nicht) mitnehmen solltet, gibt es im Survival Guide , dort ist auch eine Checkliste verlinkt.

Nicht nur relevant, wenn ihr ohne Auto kommt: Wir haben zwischen dem Camp und den nahegelegenen Orten Gransee und Zehdenick ein Bus-Shuttle organisiert. Das Shuttle fährt zwischen Montag, dem 15. August und Montag, dem 21. August mindestens stündlich von 8:00 bis 20:00 und ist für Camp-Teilnehmende kostenlos. Ihr braucht noch etwas aus dem Baumarkt und wollt nicht laufen? Nehmt einfach den Bus, er fährt direkt am Camp-Eingang ab.

mit dem Fahrrad

Wir freuen uns darüber, dass Leute ihr Fahrrad aufs Camp mitbringen möchten und teilweise sogar damit anreisen werden. Für euch haben wir eine Werkstatt organisiert, in der Fahrräder repariert werden können. Wir arbeiten derzeit noch an sicheren Abstellmöglichkeiten, bitte verlasst euch fürs Erste nicht drauf.

mit dem Zug

Wusstet ihr schon? Die Deutsche Bahn bietet ein vergünstigtes Zugticket für Chaos-Events an . Die Bahnhöfe Gransee and Zehdenick sind per Shuttle angebunden. Ihr solltet ohne große Wartezeit direkt umsteigen können. Zum detaillierten Fahrplan auf der Info-Seite .

Reisebusse

Zusammen mit all euren Freund_innen fahren, direkt am Eingang ankommen, kein Gepäck vom Parkplatz schleppen müssen und dabei auch noch die Umwelt schonen durch weniger Emissionen? Da stellt sich nur noch die Frage, wer vorne sitzen darf:

Aktuell bieten wir Bassliner-Touren aus Berlin und Hamburg an , aber wir würden uns wirklich freuen, wenn es noch mehr Touren werden. Wenn ihr mindestens 40 Leute zusammen habt (plant hier auch Routen durch mehrere Städte), kann ein Bus organisiert werden! Koordiniert Bus-Touren im Wiki , um gut gelegene Hackspaces und freundliche Wesen für eine Klassen-Fahrt zu finden. Je nach Entfernung und Anzahl an Mitreisenden wird euch das 50–70 € pro Fahrt und Nase kosten. Bitte meldet euch bis zum 31. Juli bei Bassliner , sofern ihr genug Leute zusammen habt.

mit dem Auto

Gute Neuigkeiten: Nach einigen Turbulenzen hat sich nun doch ein Parkplatz gefunden, der nicht zu weit weg gelegen ist. Das heißt allerdings nicht, dass er direkt am Camp liegt. Je nachdem, wo Auto und Zelt stehen, müsst ihr mit 800 bis 1500 Metern Laufweg rechnen. Wir haben ein paar Handwagen vor Ort, um euch beim Transport zu helfen. Einen eigenen mitbringen kann dennoch nicht schaden. Falls ihr direkt auf dem Camp-Gelände entladen wollt, geht das nur vor oder nach dem Event. Bringt bitte auch Geduld mit, weil wir nur wenige Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig auf das Gelände lassen können.

Und weil Teilen Spaß macht: Wenn ihr Platz im Auto habt, tragt eure Fahrt bitte im Wiki ein .

Außerdem, wichtig! Wenn euer Gefährt einen Motor hat und einen Führerschein benötigt - egal ob es ein Auto, ein Motorrad oder ein Quad ist - müsst ihr es auf den Parkplatz stellen. Auf oder beim Camp wild Parken ist nicht erlaubt und eure Gefährte müssten entfernt werden. Ein Parkticket kostet online 40 € im Ticket-Shop , kann jedoch auch gegen Bargeld(!) vor Ort gekauft werden. Bitte haltet an der Einfahrt eure digitalen Tickets heruntergeladen bereit; die Schlange wird es euch danken.

Wie beim Bargeld gilt auch für Treibstoff: Verlasst euch nicht darauf, dass die nächste Tankstelle mit dem Camp-Ansturm umgehen kann. Wenn ihr nicht liegen bleiben wollt, nehmt genug Benzin mit. Das haben wir 2019 ausführlich getestet und wir brauchen keine zweite Fallstudie. Also: Tankt nochmal mit genug Abstand zu Mildenberg, idealerweise an der Autobahn. Auch e-Autos sollten sich nicht auf die Lade-Infrastruktur vor Ort verlassen.

Camp is coming closer and you should start to plan your trip soon. To help you with that, we are going to lay out some options here.

TL;DR:

• don’t come too early
• take enough cash and fuel with you, read the survival guide
• there will be a bike repair shop and a parcel service
• get a cheap event train ticket
• there will be shuttles from Gransee and Zehdenick
• find groups for long distance shuttles or book existing tours with Bassliner
• if you come by car, get a parking ticket and offer ride sharing

General things to consider

Do not arrive before the announced dates . If you arrive earlier than those dates, we might have to ask you to leave. We simply do not have the capacity beforehand.

Please keep in mind that the camp is cash only. There are no ATMs at the venue and the ATMs nearby will be overloaded if the whole camp tries to get money there. Plan to bring enough cash.

If you do not want to carry your luggage to camp, you can send it by mail . You will also be able to send it back home from camp. You can use the same service to order stuff to camp.

Not only relevant to those arriving without a car: We organised a bus shuttle between camp and the two nearby cities Gransee and Zehdenick. The shuttle runs from Monday, 15 Aug to Monday, 21 Aug at least once per hour between 8:00 and 20:00 and it is free for all camp visitors. If you need something from the next hardware store and don’t want to walk all the way to the parking lot: Take the bus. It leaves directly in front of the camp entrance.

by bike

We heard that some of you will arrive by bike or at least bring a bike to camp. Great! We organized a bike workshop to help in case you need to repair things. There might be a facility to safely store your bike as well, but we can’t tell for sure right now. Please don’t rely on it.

by train

Did you know there is a special offer from Deutsche Bahn for chaos events ? If you arrive by train, there is a shuttle bus to camp from both nearby stations, Gransee and Zehdenick. The shuttles are scheduled to leave a few minutes after your arrival. For a detailed shuttle schedule please take a look at the info pages .

long-distance bus shuttles

Travel to Camp together with all your friends, arrive directly in front of the entrance and avoid having to carry your stuff from the parking lot, protect the environment by emitting less CO _{2? How about a bus tour?}

Right now we only offer tours from Berlin and Hamburg ( https://bassliner.org/en/tours/chaos-communication-camp-2023), but we would love to have a few more bus users. All you need are at least 40 people for one tour and multi-city routes are also viable! So please use the wiki to find like-minded people or organize a fun tour with you and your neighbouring hackerspace. Depending on your starting point and the number of people the price will be between 50 and 70 € one way. Please contact bassliner until 31 July if you found enough people.

by car

Good news: After quite some trouble we finally found a place for the parking lot that is not too far away from camp. But it is not directly in front of the camp either. Depending on where your car is parked and where you put up your tent, you will have to walk about 800–1500 meters. We will have a few handcarts to carry your stuff but bringing an additional one is never wrong. If you need to drive onto the venue to unload your stuff, that will only be possible before and after the main event. Please have some patience as we can’t let many vehicles in at the same time.

Sharing is caring: If you have a spare seat, please offer your ride in the wiki .

Important: Whether if you arrive by car, motorbike, quad – if it has a motor and needs a driving license, your vehicle has to be parked at the parking lot. Parking on or around the venue is not possible and vehicles that do not comply will be removed. Parking tickets cost 40 € and are available online in the ticket shop as well as on-site (cash only!). Download your parking ticket beforehand and keep it ready once you arrive to speed up the parking process.

Please do not arrive with an almost empty tank and rely on a gas/petrol station close to the location to get back home. Those will be overwhelmed and run out soon, leaving you stranded. This was tested in 2019 and we would prefere to spare you from another case study. Please fill up your tank before you get close to the location, at best while still on the highway. The same applies for electric vehicles and empty batteries. Do not rely on charging facilities at the venue.

About the event:

The MetaRheinMainChaosDays (MRMCD) is a regularly held conference of the Chaos Computer Club since 2004. It is organized by the non-profit MRMCD e.V. in collaboration with local hackerspaces, CCC groups, and nearby universities. The conference will take place on the first weekend of September 2023 (01 - 03.09.2023) at the Piloty Building (S2|02) of TU Darmstadt.

Von Zuhause zum Camp

Kennst du das? Du hast gepackt und würdest echt gern mit dem Fahrrad aufs Camp. Doch du stellst fest: drei Koffer und zwei Zelte sind echt sperrig. Dann halt doch den SUV von Oma schnorren und sich noch schnell ein Parkticket klicken. Oh, die kosten auch Geld. Also schaust du, ob es in der Nähe ein günstiges Parkhaus gibt, was das kostet, wie du den Kram zum Camp schleppen willst und TRÖT: Irgendwelche Bahn-Nerds posten schon wieder Plüschtiere in Zügen. Toll. Für den Häkel-Workshop ist nämlich wegen der Rennerei keine Zeit mehr und eigentlich willst du nur noch zuhause bleiben.

Das muss nicht sein!

Schick Deinen Kram doch einfach per Paketversand des geringsten Misstrauens aufs Camp. Die können an Postadressen liefern? Wir können es für Dich annehmen! Lies mehr über das BGP im FAQ. .

Via Hackerspace

Du kannst natürlich Deinen ganzen Kram auch einfach beim nächsten Hackspace dumpen, Klaus fährt ja eh die ganzen 3D-Drucker, 5HE-Server-Racks und Mate-Kisten aufs Camp. Na denn, schnell mal den Klaus fragen, ob er da noch Platz für Deinen Krams hat.

Dann musst Du am Camp nur noch diesen Klaus finden, mit ihm zusammen zum Parkplatz gehen; und nach drei mal hin und her laufen hast Du dann alles … zumindest in der Nähe Deines Zelts.

Auch dass muss nicht sein!

Vom Onlineversand

Natürlich hast Du das Handtuch zu Hause vergessen. Und die Flower will halt USB-5.4 und Du hast überraschend nur USB-2A dabei. Und das freundliche Zeltnachbar ist nach dem 5. From your place to the camp

Has this ever happened to you? You’re packed and eager to bike to camp. But you must admit: three suitcases and two tents are like really bulky. So you scrounge grandma’s SUV and quickly click a parking ticket. Oh, they cost money, too. So you check for a cheap nearby parking garage, what it costs, how you’re going to haul the stuff to camp, and TOOT: Some train nerds are posting stuffed animals on trains again. Great. Because you’ve got no time left for the crocheting workshop because of all the hustle and bustle. You might as well just stay home then.

It doesn’t have to be like this!

Just send your stuff to the camp by parcel post with the service you mistrust least. They can deliver to postal addresses? We can accept it for you!

Via Hackerspace

Of course, you could also dump your stuff at your local hackerspace - Jane’s gonna transport all those 3D printers, 5U server racks and Mate crates to camp anyway. So quickly ask her if she has some space left on her truck for your stuff. Now all that’s left to do is to actually find that Jane again at the Camp site. Then go to the parking lot, and after only three iterations of dragging stuff back and forth between the parking lot and your tent, your stuff is at least in your tent’s vicinity.

It doesn’t have to be like this, either!

Via online shopping

Of course you forgot your towel at home. And the Flower badge might requires a certified USB-5.4 cable, but you only have a USB-2A one with you. And that friendly tent neighbor isn’t that friendly anymore after you absolutely need to borrow their stuff for the fifth time. Friendships have broken over less. So you want to overnight-express your own from $sustainable_webshop.

But what delivery address to use? Shipping companies tend to dislike addresses like “the blue tent next to brick kiln 3, CCCamp2023, Krautland”.

From camp back home

After only five days camp is already over, so you want to travel back home. Sadly, your angel shirt, your 3D printed bottle tag, the hot camp merch and all the other awesome swag won’t fit into your crammed backpack.

Nach ein paar Jahren Zwangspause freuen wir uns, endlich wieder (größere) Chaos-Events veranstalten zu können. Damit das Camp überhaupt durchführbar ist und ein Erfolg wird, sind wir massiv auf eure Hilfe angewiesen! Bitte werdet Engel und unterstützt das Event!

Wie funktioniert das genau?

TL;DR

1. Wir brauchen Dich! Registriere Dich bitte als Helfer (Engel) im Engelsystem und trage Anreise/Abreise Datum ein.
2. Wenn Du vor dem 10.08. beim Aufbauen helfen möchtest, kläre das mit uns unbedingt zuerst per E-Mail .
3. Lies Dir den Angel-Guide durch, besonders die kurratierte Packliste .
4. Auf dem Camp komm zum Himmelszelt und lass dich als angekommen markieren.
5. Klicke Dir Schichten im Engelsysteme und hilf mit das Event zu dem zu machen, was es ist - ein Communityevent!
6. Noch Fragen zum Engeln? Schreib uns eine E-Mail .

Allgemein

Helfen ist ganz einfach! Um Dich in Schichten eintragen zu können, registriere Dich bitte im Engelsystem , über das wir die anfallende Arbeit auf die vielen freiwillig helfenden Hände verteilen. Im Engelsystem kannst Du auch angeben, wann Du vor hast, an- und abzureisen, was uns bei der Planung hilft. Anschließend meldest Du dich nach Deiner Anreise einfach im Himmelszelt, damit wir wissen, dass Du da bist. Danach kannst du dich in Schichten klicken und Aufgaben übernehmen. Eine empfohlene Packliste und weitere Details findest Du im Angel-Guide .

Aufbau

Während des Aufbaus haben wir noch nicht so viele generische Aufgaben. Reise deswegen bitte nicht einfach vorher an, ohne das vorher mit uns abgesprochen zu haben. Wenn Du körperlich belastbar bist, gerne auch bei schwerer Arbeit mit anpackst und früher zum Aufbau kommen willst, melde dich im Engelsystem an und schreib uns unter ticket@c3heaven.de an, damit wir Dich entsprechend einplanen können. Aufgrund limitierter Ressourcen kann es allerdings sein, dass wir Deine Hilfe erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt sinnvoll einsetzen können und Dich deswegen bitten werden, erst später anzureisen.

WICHTIG: Bitte reise vor dem 10.08. auf keinen Fall ohne vorherige Zustimmung durch die Orga oder den Himmel an, da wir nicht genug geplante Resourcen haben. Andernfalls wirst du aufgefordert werden, das Gelände zu verlassen! Die genauen Termine findest Du in der Timeline .

Während des Camps

Während des Camps gibt es genug zu tun und für jeden ist etwas dabei – von spezialisierten Tätigkeiten, in die man eingearbeitet werden muss, bis zu einfachen Aufgaben, die jeder Mensch sofort erledigen kann. Engelschichten sind die beste Gelegenheit, neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und auch einen Einblick hinter die Kulissen eines solchen Events zu bekommen. Schau während des Events einfach im Engelsystem vorbei und klicke dich in eine der freien Schichten.

Abbau

Insbesondere beim Abbau benötigen wir viele Engel, um die Natur möglichst schnell wieder in den grünen Ursprungszustand zurück verwandeln zu können. Falls Du kannst, bleibe nach dem Camp einfach noch ein paar Tage für den Abbau vor Ort und pack mit an. Trage dies im deinem Engelsystem Profil als Abreisetag ein, wenn du es planen kannst.

Wir freuen uns auf das Camp und auf ein gemeinsames Wiedersehen oder ein erstes Treffen mit euch! Ohne Euch, Eure Projekte und Eure Hilfe wäre das Camp nur eine Ansammlung an Zelten. Das Camp ist, was ihr daraus macht, deswegen lasst uns gemeinsam wieder etwas großartiges erschaffen!

After some years of forced interruption we are happy to organize a (larger) Chaos Event again. In order to make the camp a success, we need your help! Please consider becoming an Angel and support the event by volunteering!

How does this work?

TL;DR

1. We need you! Register as an Angel (volunteer) at Angel System (Engelsystem) and add your arrival/depature dates.
2. If you’d like to help with build-up before the 10.08., please contact us per Mail first and wait for our response.
3. Read the Angel-Guide , especially check our curated packing list .
4. At campsite, get marked as arrived at the Heaven tent.
5. Click shifts in the Angel System and help to make the event what it is - a community event.
6. Questions regarding volunteering? Send us a Mail .

General

Helping is really easy. In order to sign up for shifts, you need to be registered in the Angel System ( Engelsystem ). Through the Angel System, we - the Heaven - coordinate and distribute the workload among all the volunteers and helping hands. Within the Angel System you can indicate your planned dates of arrival and depature, which helps us with planning. On camp site, you just walk over to the Heaven tent and we’ll mark you as arrived to know you are there. After that you can click shifts and take over tasks. A recommended packing list and further information is available in our Angel-Guide

Build Up

During build-up we have limited generic tasks and shifts. Therefore, please, do not simply arrive early without having checked/discussed your arrival date with us. If you are physically fit and resilient, you like heavy work and the build-up experience, create an account in the Engelsystem , note your arrival date and contact us via ticket@c3heaven.de , so we can plan with your power accordingly. However, due to limited resources, we may refuse your help until a later date and therefore ask you kindly to arrive later.

IMPORTANT: Please, do not arrive under any circumstance before the 10.08. without approval from Orga or heaven. Otherwise, due to resource constraints, you’ll be asked to leave the venue! More important dates are available in Timeline .

During Camp

During the event we have a lot of diverse tasks for everyone, be it specialized jobs, which need some onboarding, up to very simple jobs, anyone can do right from the start. Angel shifts are also a good opportunity to make new friends and give you a great view behind the scence of our events. Just check the Angel System for a free shift and assign yourself.

Tear Down

We need a lot of Angels also at Tear-Down, so we can revert the campsite back to its natural state. If you are available, stay a couple of days longer for Tear-Down and help us with “renaturation”. For this add your depature date early to your Engelsystem profile.

We are all giddy for Camp and to see you again or meet you for the first time! Without you, your projects and your help Camp would just be an accumulation of tents. Camp is, what you make of it, so let’s make something wonderful - together!

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Morgen, ab Dienstag, dem 11. Juli um 20:00 CEST verkaufen wir noch einmal Camp-Tickets!

In der letzten Verkaufsrunde hatten wir eine ungewohnt hohe Quote an Bestellungen, die nicht bezahlt wurden, wodurch wieder eine größere Anzahl Tickets frei geworden ist. Kombiniert mit einem Durchschnittspreis , der mit 376,29€ merklich unter unserem Ziel von 380€ blieb, sieht dadurch sowohl das Camp als auch unser Budget etwas dünner aus als erwartet. (Zur Erinnerung: hier ist die Zusammensetzung des Eintrittspreises zu finden.)

Falls die Tickets nicht direkt am Dienstag alle verkauft werden, läuft der Verkauf ganz normal weiter, bis alle Tickets verkauft sind oder das Camp startet.

Wir haben noch eine gute Nachricht: Im Laufe des Vorverkaufs konnten wir die Produktionskapazität für das flow3r-Badge erhöhen. Während in den letzten beiden Vorverkaufsrunden genug Badges vorhanden waren, hat es in der ersten Runde nicht für alle gereicht, die wollten. Wir schicken daher heute im Laufe des Tages eine E-Mail an alle Ticketkäufer*innen der ersten Verkaufsrunde, die kein Badge erhalten haben. Die E-Mail enthält einen Voucher, mit dem – ebenfalls ab Dienstag, 11. Juli um 20:00 CEST – ein Badge einzeln bestellt werden kann. (Die Badges sind trotzdem limitiert und wir können nicht garantieren, dass es für alle, die einen solchen Voucher erhalten, reicht.)

Camper-Tickets sind leider weiterhin ausverkauft.

The most important bit up front: We will release more tickets, to be sold starting tomorrow, July 11th, 20:00 CEST!

After the last round of ticket sales, we had an unusually large amount of orders that were never paid. Combined with an average ticket price of EUR 376.29 that remained noticeably below our goal of EUR 380, we had hoped for both a fuller camp ground and a less uncomfortable budget. (Remember, we shared our budget and the reason for our ticket prices here .

If we don’t sell out completely on Tuesday, we’ll continue to run a normal presale until all tickets are gone or until Camp begins.

But we also have good news: Over the course of the three presale dates, we managed to increase the production of this year’s flow3r badge. The second and the third presale date therefore had sufficient badges available for everybody, whereas some people who bought their tickets in the first round couldn’t order a badge. These people will receive an email (some time today) with a voucher code that will allow them to purchase a badge, also starting on July 11th, 20:00 CEST. (Badges are of course still limited, so we can’t promise there will be enough for everybody who receives this email.)

Wir befinden uns mit dem Sommercamp in der Freiluft-Veranstaltungs-Hochphase. Insbesondere Möbel und die hässlichen weißen Standard-Zelte haben einen langen Vorlauf bei der Anmietung. Bestellt diese bitte möglichst bis Freitag, den 7.7.2023 . Danach sinken die Chancen, dass wir noch etwas für euch besorgen können, rapide.

Update your village registration

This is the perfect moment to give some love to your village registration. Please update your registration data and tell us what you want to to. Please fill in the “signup information” field as soon as possible. If you are using a pad or a wiki for the organisation of your village, we’d be happy to have that link. The more precisely the village crew knows what you intend to do, the better they can plan everything – which also benefits you.

Plan your presentation

Use this moment now to put content into the description fields “Öffentliche Beschreibung [de]” and “Description [en]”. This info will be available publicly on the event website later, giving you the opportunity to present yourself and to lure visitors into your village. Even if you’re not planning to attract visitors, these fields should be filled by day 0 at latest.

Order stuff in the shop

Camp takes place in the high season of outdoor events. Especially furniture and those ugly white standard tents have a long lead time for renting. Order these preferably no later than Friday, 7 July 2023 . After that day, the chances that we can still get something for you will drop rapidly.

[NEW!] We’re pleased to announce there’s a new item in the shop: Cooling-as-a-service (CaaS) , meaning shelf space in a shared refridgerated container, is now available for order. All details can be found in the village shop .
